Stage Door Theatre Trust is a not-for-profit organisation based in Merseyside, dedicated to bringing people together through drama, music, and storytelling. Established in 2014, we believe in the power of theatre to change lives — nurturing creativity, confidence and collaboration in people of all ages.

From original stage productions and youth theatre training to large-scale heritage projects and community outreach, our work celebrates real stories and local voices.

We aim to make the arts accessible, inclusive, and relevant — connecting communities, inspiring young performers, and preserving the region’s rich cultural history.

Our founder, Emma Vaudrey, is an actor, writer and director with extensive experience in stage and screen. Under her leadership, Stage Door has grown into a trusted creative hub, offering opportunities for emerging talent while developing professional-quality productions rooted in heart, humour and humanity.
